Many verbs in French end in -er. For example, there is danser, chanter, regarder and parler. They all end in -er. To use these verbs you must learn the pattern.

je danse        nous dansons

tu danses       vous dansez

il danse          ils dansent

elle danse      elles dansent

on danse

Now we can say...I dance. You dance. He dances.
